Jay (Northsider) and Maria (Southsider) are two true-blue Chicagoans—born and raised in the inner city. They have a passion for cooking and a taste for top quality foods.

After vacationing for many years in Western Kentucky, Jay and Maria fell in love with Murray. They decided to relocate their young family (including Jacob, Olivia, and Dempsey) in pursuit of their American Dream—owning and operating their own business. That dream meant opening da’ best Chicago-style restaurant in the South.

The Baron’s bring 25 years of meat and food industry experience to your table. Their experience and attention to detail is applied to every meal served. Whether you’re a Chicago-transplant craving a taste of home or a foodie looking to try something new, Mugsy’s Hideout has something for you!
